1. Rental Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license issued in the U.S. or internationally with an English translation.
• Additional age restrictions and surcharges may apply for drivers under 25.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
• Full payment or a security deposit may be required at the time of pickup.
• Prices include base rental fees, but taxes, fuel, and optional extras may apply.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your pickup time at most locations.
• Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined during booking.

4. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must only be driven by registered drivers.
• Off-road driving, towing, and racing are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted in any rental vehicle.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic coverage is included, but renters are responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
• Optional full protection coverage is available at an additional cost.

6. Late Returns & Fuel Policy

• Late returns may incur hourly or daily charges.
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup to avoid refueling charges.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
